Product Information Management

Complete PIM. Without traditional limits.

Manage complex product information, catalogs, hierarchies, relationships, languages and digital assets in one flexible platform. Autonera combines comprehensive PIM functionality with autonomous operations that continuously improve data quality, completeness and readiness.

Use it as your complete PIM, or alongside the PIM you run today. Not a separate module: the same platform as MDM, DAM, syndication and governance.

Autonomous execution inside PIM

A manufacturer introduces 500 new products.

Autonera orchestrates the work end to end. Agents act where policy allows. People decide where it matters. Nothing publishes without the approvals you configure.

  1. Ingest supplier file Automated

Reads 500 rows from the manufacturer's spreadsheet and 312 datasheet PDFs.

    running
  2. Classify into taxonomy Automated

Proposes a category for each item with the attribute signals used.

  3. Map attributes and units Automated

Maps 41 supplier columns to the model and normalizes psi, bar, inch and DN.

  4. Enrich missing values Automated

Extracts values from datasheets; each value cites its page and confidence.

  5. Identify duplicates Human approval

Suspected matches with existing SKUs wait for a data steward decision.

Buyer questions

What PIM leaders ask us

Can Autonera replace an existing PIM?

Yes. Autonera is designed to serve as the complete PIM: data modeling, attributes, families and variants, hierarchies, catalogs, localization, assets, workflow and distribution in one platform. Migration typically starts by mapping your current model and loading records through Data Integration, then running both systems in parallel until readiness is confirmed. Scope and timeline depend on your catalog and are agreed during evaluation.

Can Autonera work alongside an existing PIM?

Yes. Many teams start by connecting Autonera to the PIM they already run and using autonomous operations for onboarding, enrichment, classification and validation, writing approved results back. In that mode your current PIM remains the system of record. Augmentation and replacement are both valid long-term choices.

How does it handle complex product relationships?

Relationships are typed: accessories, substitutes, replacements and supersessions, spare parts, bundles and kits. Each relationship can carry its own attributes such as quantity or compatibility notes, and can be scoped to a catalog or region. Agents can propose missing relationships from datasheets and cross-reference tables for review.

Can it manage multiple catalogs and brands?

Yes. A product record exists once and is assigned to many catalogs, brands, companies, locations and regional assortments. Catalog-specific values such as brand names or regional descriptions override the master only where needed, so a correction to shared data is made once.

How are multilingual attributes managed?

Attributes are flagged as localizable or global. Localizable text is held per locale with its own completeness and approval state; global values such as dimensions are stored once and displayed in the units and formats each locale expects. AI translation can draft missing locales using managed terminology, with review where policy requires it.

How does it handle large product catalogs?

The platform is designed for portfolio-level work: advanced search and saved filters, bulk editing and mass updates, rule-based validation and completeness scoring across the whole catalog. Autonomous Missions take on high-volume work such as onboarding thousands of new items, with people reviewing exceptions rather than every row. Performance at your specific volume should be confirmed in a technical evaluation.

How does autonomous enrichment work?

You define an outcome, such as making a new product line ready for the web store. Agents extract values from supplier files and datasheets, propose classification, map units and draft content. Every proposed value carries its source and confidence. Attribute-level policies decide what may be applied automatically and what is routed to a person, and every change is attributed and reviewable.
