Data Syndication · channels, readiness, delivery
Trusted product data. Prepared for every channel.
Web stores, marketplaces, procurement catalogs, dealers and print each demand different categories, attributes, content and formats. Autonera validates every product against every destination before sending, publishes only approved changes, and turns rejections into owned exceptions.

Distribution destinations
One governed record. Every kind of destination.
Each destination type brings its own taxonomy, required attributes, content limits, formats and cadence. Autonera manages those requirements per channel, so the same product can be ready for one destination and still have gaps for another.

Channel readiness and validation
Readiness is per product, per channel
A product is never simply "complete". It can be ready for the web store, missing one attribute for a marketplace, and out of scope for print. Validation runs against each channel's rules before publishing, so gaps are found by you, not by the channel.

Channel-specific mapping and catalogs
One record. Five shapes.
Channel mappings translate the governed record into each destination's taxonomy, field names, units and content length. Channel catalogs define which products each destination receives, including contract and brand scope.

Automated, scheduled and delta publishing
Send what changed, when the channel wants it
Each channel has its own cadence and approval rule. Approved changes queue as deltas; publications that need sign-off hold until they get it. Every publication records exactly what was sent.
Publication timeline · 14 example days
Delta: only approved changes since the last successful publication are sent. The amber mark is a publication held for approval. Each delta's contents are recorded.
Publishing status and exceptions
Rejections come back as work, not email
Channel feedback and failed validations become exceptions tied to product and channel. Agents prepare the fix; the channel's approval rule decides who releases it. Use arrow keys to move between exceptions.
Exception
Listing rejected after submission: category requires 'Max pressure' as numeric value.
Agent preparation
Agent normalized '2000 psi WOG' to 137.9 bar and prepared resubmission.
Decision required
Channel owner approval
How a change reaches a channel
Change approved
A governed attribute, content or asset change is approved in PIM, PXM or DAM.
Validate per channel
Each in-scope channel re-scores the product against its requirements.
Map and package
Channel mapping produces the destination's structure; changes join a delta.
Publish and record
Delivered by cadence or on approval; feedback returns as status or exception.
Electrical distributor
A marketplace requires specific attributes per category.
Readiness validation lists gaps per SKU and agents propose values for approval before publication.
Manufacturer to dealers
Dealers need brand-specific catalogs on request.
Partner catalogs are made available through self-service distribution.
Safety products distributor, customer contract
A large account needs a contract-scoped punchout catalog with its own prices and units.
A channel catalog scoped to the contract validates UNSPSC and accepted units, and each monthly release waits for account manager approval.

Autonomous execution and its boundary
Agents close channel gaps before submission. Channel owners decide what goes live.
The goal is fewer rejections, not faster ones. Agents work ahead of each publication; nothing reaches a channel outside the approval rule its owner set.
Agents do
- Find products missing channel-required attributes and propose values with sources
- Propose channel category mappings for unmapped products
- Prepare delta sets from approved changes
- Diagnose rejections and prepare corrected resubmissions
People decide
- Channel owners define requirements, scope and approval rules
- New listings and regulated attributes can require sign-off
- Partner access follows partner permissions and brand scope
- Every publication and waiver is attributed and retained
Buyer questions
How is syndication different from exporting a file?
A channel in Autonera is a governed destination with its own taxonomy mapping, required attributes, content variants, format, cadence and approval rule. Products are validated against that channel before anything is sent, and each publication is recorded.
Can the same product carry different content per channel?
Yes. Channel-specific titles, bullets, categories and asset renditions are managed against the one product record, typically produced in Product Experience Management, rather than by copying the product.
Do we resend the whole catalog for every change?
Delta publishing is designed to send only approved changes since the last successful publication, with full refreshes available when a channel requires them.
What happens when a channel rejects a product?
Channel feedback is captured as an exception against the product and channel. Agents propose a fix where the cause is known; the fix follows the channel's approval rule before resubmission.
Which marketplaces and channels are supported?
This page describes channel types, not named destinations. Named integrations appear only on the existing Integrations page; confirm specific channels with our team.
Can partners pull their own catalogs?
Partner distribution and self-service catalog access are in scope, governed by partner permissions and brand scope. See Collaboration & Portals.
