Product Experience Management

Turn trusted product data into product experiences that sell.

Autonera PXM turns governed product data into descriptions, feature copy, spec sheets and catalogs tailored to each channel and market, generated from sources and approved by people.

How PIM, PXM and Syndication work together

  1. PIM

    Manages trusted product information

Attributes, variants, classification and relationships, governed once.

  2. PXM

    Prepares it for customer experiences

Channel copy, localization, rich content, related products, catalogs and spec sheets.

  3. Syndication

    Distributes approved information

Web stores, marketplaces, distributors and partner catalogs, in each destination's format.

Three integrated capabilities of one platform, working from the same governed record.

Channel and locale composition

Each channel gets the content its buyers expect.

Switch channel and locale to see how titles, descriptions, attributes and readiness rules adapt, and how approval applies where policy requires it.

Why it matters

B2B buyers decide on specs before they call sales.

B2B buyers compare specs, compatibility and compliance before they ever talk to sales. Thin descriptions copied from ERP leave them guessing. PXM builds the experience layer on top of the product record: channel-specific copy, localized content, relationships that suggest the right accessory, and printable documents.

  1. 01

    Copy does not scale

Writing unique, accurate descriptions for tens of thousands of SKUs is not feasible manually.

  2. 02

    Inconsistent markets

Translations lag behind source updates and miss technical terminology.

  3. 03

    One-size channel content

Marketplaces, web stores and print catalogs need different lengths and structures.

  4. 04

    Content drift

Descriptions contradict specification attributes after updates.

Documents

Spec sheets and catalogs that never fall behind the data.

2D drawing (linked asset)

Generated from the record, not typed into a template.

  • Data bound. Spec table rows are attribute references; a corrected value regenerates the sheet.
  • Asset aware. Images and drawings come from DAM in the print rendition, current revision only.
  • Localized. One layout per brand, rendered per locale with converted units and managed terms.
  • Approved. Sheets for regulated or safety-relevant products wait for an owner before download links update.

Grounded enrichment
Descriptions, feature bullets and storytelling generated from structured attributes and linked assets. Each statement maps back to a source attribute.
Translation and localization
Managed terminology, unit conversion, locale-specific attributes and regional regulatory phrasing, with approval per locale.
Channel-specific content
Length, structure and banned-claim rules per destination; one record, many renderings, no copies.
Relationships and recommendations
Accessories, replacements and kits from PIM surface in content and catalogs as cross-sell and compatibility guidance.
Spec sheets and digital catalogs
Data-bound documents that regenerate when attributes or assets change, in brand and regional editions.
Content readiness
Per SKU, channel and locale: required content present, traced, localized and approved before syndication.

How it works

Ground, compose, check, approve, maintain.

  1. 01

    Ground

Content requests draw on attributes, linked assets, relationships, style guides and banned-claim lists.

  2. 02

    Compose

Drafts are produced per channel profile and locale, with units and terminology applied.

  3. 03

    Check

Readiness checks confirm completeness, traceability, renditions and channel rules.

  4. 04

    Approve

Policy routes content to editors, engineering or compliance before it is published.

  5. 05

    Maintain

Attribute or asset changes flag dependent content, documents and translations for refresh.

Safety products distributor

Glove and eyewear SKUs need marketplace-length bullets and full web descriptions.

Approach: Channel variants are drafted from cut level, standard and material attributes and routed for approval.

Plumbing manufacturer

A spec sheet per fixture must be produced in two languages.

Approach: Spec sheets are generated from the record and localized with reviewed terminology.

Pneumatics distributor, Canada

Every web product needs English and French content with metric and imperial units.

Approach: fr-CA drafts use managed terminology, bilingual unit display, and separate French approval.

Cutting-tool manufacturer

A coating change updates speed and feed values across 600 inserts.

Approach: Dependent descriptions, spec sheets and catalog tables are flagged for regeneration and review.

Autonomous execution

Agents do the volume. Policy and people hold the line.

Every agent action is a proposal with evidence, or an execution inside a boundary an owner configured. Nothing outside policy happens quietly.

What agents improve

  • Drafts channel and locale content at catalog scale from attributes
  • Translates with managed terminology and converts units
  • Detects copy that contradicts current specifications
  • Regenerates spec sheets and catalog tables when sources change
  • Fills readiness gaps and reports what still blocks each channel
Approval boundary

Where people decide

  • Content owners set style guides, tone and banned claims
  • Editors approve per channel and locale where policy requires
  • Engineering or compliance approves safety-relevant statements
  • Anyone with rights can revise generated text; edits are retained

Boundaries agents never cross

  • Never states a value not present in the record or linked assets
  • Never publishes content that fails a blocking readiness check
  • Never overrides an approved human edit without review
  • Never auto-approves regulated or safety-related content

Buyer questions

How does PXM differ from PIM?

PIM governs the product record: attributes, structure, variants and relationships. PXM turns that record into the content a buyer reads in each channel and language, and tracks whether that content is ready and approved.

Is AI-generated copy published without review?

Only where your policy allows it. Approval can be required by channel, category, locale or content type, and safety-relevant or regulated content can always require a person.

How do you stop descriptions from contradicting specs?

Generated statements reference the attributes they came from. When an attribute changes, dependent content is flagged for regeneration or review instead of drifting.

How is technical translation handled?

Translation uses managed terminology per language and converts units according to locale rules. Each locale carries its own approval history. Confirm the languages you need with our team.

Can each marketplace get different content?

Yes. Channel profiles define length limits, structure and prohibited claims, and content is rendered per channel from the same record.

What formats do spec sheets and catalogs export to?

Printable document and digital catalog outputs are supported. Specific formats and layout tooling should be confirmed with our team.
