Data Syndication
Marketplace listings that pass the first time
Listings are validated against each marketplace's schema before submission, approved by the right people and released on schedule.
How it works
Prepare a wrench listing for an industrial marketplace
Fix the title length, accepted condition value and missing GTIN. Approval unlocks only when the listing is valid; scheduling unlocks after approval.
The capability
Each marketplace is its own rulebook
Marketplaces impose their own required fields, title limits, accepted values and hazardous-goods declarations. Rejections are common and slow to repair because they arrive days later in a portal nobody monitors.
Autonera holds destination schemas as rules and checks each listing against them before submission. Values are transformed from the governed record, accepted-value lists are enforced, and listings that fail are repaired in Autonera rather than in the marketplace portal.
Approved listings can be released immediately or scheduled, for example to align with a product launch. Rejections are returned to the record with reasons. Specific marketplace connectors are confirmed during evaluation; the publishing model does not depend on a single provider.
Problems it solves
Where this work usually breaks down
Rejections after submission
Listings fail on rules that could have been checked beforehand.
Fixes made in the portal
Corrections live in the marketplace and are lost at the next update.
Uncontrolled launches
Listings go live before launch dates or approvals.
Inconsistent accepted values
Free-text values fail controlled marketplace fields.
