Data Syndication
One approved product. Every channel receives it in the form it needs.
Autonera transforms each approved record into the format, limits and units of every destination, publishes only where requirements are met and records what was delivered.
The capability
Distribution without maintaining a copy per channel
Manufacturers and distributors publish the same product to their own commerce site, industrial marketplaces, dealer and distributor feeds, and print or PDF catalogs. Each destination has its own field names, title limits, units, image rules and mandatory identifiers. Maintaining a separate spreadsheet per channel guarantees they drift apart.
Product Data Syndication keeps one approved product record and defines per-channel configuration: attribute mappings, value transformations, unit conversions, length limits and required fields. When a product is published, Autonera produces the channel-specific payload and checks the channel's blocking requirements before delivery.
After the first full publication, deliveries can be delta updates containing only changed products. Each delivery is recorded with its payload version and destination acknowledgement, so a team can answer what a partner received and when.
Problems it solves
Where this work usually breaks down
A spreadsheet per channel
Teams copy and edit product data per destination and lose track of which version is current.
Rejected listings
Marketplaces reject products for over-length titles or missing identifiers after submission.
Wrong units for the market
Weights published in kilograms to a channel that expects pounds.
No record of what partners received
Dealers dispute product data and there is no delivery history to check.
Functional capabilities
What Product Data Syndication includes
- Channel configuration
- Define each destination's format, schedule, required fields and delivery method.
- Channel-specific mapping
- Map attributes and code values to each destination's schema.
- Value transformation
- Apply title limits, unit conversions, feature selection and formatting per channel.
- Pre-delivery checks
- Skip products that miss a channel's blocking requirements instead of sending incomplete data.
- Delta publishing
- Send only changed products after an initial full delivery.
- Delivery evidence
- Retain payload versions, timestamps and destination acknowledgements.
How it works
Distribute one product to four destinations
Select a channel to see its transformed payload. The marketplace requires a GTIN; assign one to make it eligible, then publish to every ready channel.

CHANNEL TRANSFORMATIONS
- Title shortened to 60 characters

3 of 4 channels can receive this product. Blocked channels are skipped, not sent incomplete data.
In industrial operations
A valve manufacturer supplies dealers, its own store and a marketplace
The manufacturer publishes 9,000 products to a B2B site, two industrial marketplaces and 140 dealers through a nightly feed.
- Channel configurations define title limits, units and required identifiers for each destination.
- Approved product changes are transformed per channel during the nightly run.
- Products missing a marketplace's required identifier are held for that channel only.
- Dealers receive a delta feed; each delivery is logged with its version.
Result: Each channel receives conforming data from the same record, and the team can show exactly what was sent.
Autonomous operations
How autonomous execution changes product data syndication
Agents prepare channel payloads, resolve routine transformation issues and monitor deliveries; people control which channels receive which assortments.
Agents carry out
- Produce channel payloads on change
- Draft shortened titles within channel limits
- Identify products blocked per channel
- Monitor acknowledgements
People decide
- Approve channel configurations
- Decide assortments per channel
- Approve generated titles where policy requires
Evidence recorded
- Payload versions per delivery
- Transformations applied
- Acknowledgements and rejections

Buyer FAQs
Questions evaluators ask
Which marketplaces and partners are supported?
Destinations are configured by format and delivery method. We confirm specific named connectors during evaluation rather than list unverified ones.
Can titles be different per channel?
Yes. Channel content can be maintained separately or derived from the master title with configured rules.
What happens to products that fail a channel's requirements?
They are held for that channel and listed for an owner; other channels still receive them.
Do partners receive full files every time?
Not necessarily. Delta publishing sends only changed products after an initial full delivery.
How does this relate to Channel Readiness?
Readiness evaluates whether products meet a channel's rules. Syndication transforms and delivers them.
