What is Quick Data Validation?
Definition
Quick data validation performs automated checks during data import to identify errors, missing fields, and inconsistent values. This early detection prevents bad data from entering the PIM. It improves data hygiene and reduces manual rework for enrichment teams.
Fast validation is an early screen, not a substitute for every release check. For example, an autonomous product data operation could take an incoming lighting spreadsheet, check identifiers, required columns, and obvious type errors at intake, and return immediate defects before deeper product review.
